If you would like to join our general waitlist without reserving a specific kitten at this time, please fill out the link at the bottom of this section. We organize our waitlist based on your preferred kitten characteristics, such as color and gender, and by the date of your application. This means you may be higher on the list for one type of kitten while lower for another, depending on the preferences of others. We will reach out to via email if a kitten that matches your preferences becomes available Please ensure all sections of the form are completed to be added to the waitlist. There is no fee to join, and please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee the availability of a specific kitten within a certain timeframe.
1. Conditions of Sale
1. The buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this Farmhouse Brits kitten and providing properly for its welfare. The buyer agrees to follow our instructions on care, housing, diet, treatment and health including vaccination.

2. The buyer agrees that this Farmhouse Brits kitten will always receive prompt, quality medical care, and will be correctly treated so as to prevent internal and external parasites.
​
3. The buyer agrees to provide a generous amount of fun and exercise for this Farmhouse Brits kitten, to provide it with toys, and all the love it needs.
​
4. The buyer agrees never to allow this Farmhouse Brits kitten outdoors except into a suitable enclosure for its health and safety.
5. The buyer agrees never to declaw a Farmhouse Brits cat.
​
6. The buyer agrees that this Farmhouse Brits kitten will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research center or similar facility.

7. The buyer agrees if any of the above terms are disregarded, that we may reclaim this Farmhouse Brits kitten without a refund of the purchase price.
​
8. The buyer will return the Farmhouse Brits kitten to us at any time should they no longer want the cat/kitten or are no longer able to care for it. We will always take any Farmhouse Brits kitten back at any time, no questions asked.
2. Farmhouse Brits Guarantee
Your new family member comes to you with two veterinary health checks, desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, spayed (if female), and dewormed. A copy of your kitten's queen and sire's genetic testing and echo cardiograms will be provided to you prior to putting a deposit down for your kitten. For genetic disorders which include HCM and PKD, we guarantee the kitten's health for one year to which conditions apply:

1. You must take your new kitten to a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 14 days of receiving your new family member.
​
2. If the kitten exhibits any signs of ill health within 14 days of transfer please notify us immediately.
​
3. Often times leaving a familiar environment is stressful for a kitten and that stress manifests itself in the form of loose stools. Changing multiple elements of a kittens routine will heighten this stressful time. A feeding regime is included within the kitten kit - please feed your kitten following the guidelines stringently to help prevent this.
​
4. Should the kitten be diagnosed to have contracted any serious disease or as having a congenital illness likely to affect its life expectancy within the one year health guarantee period, we will offer the following options at our discretion:

• We will take back the kitten and reimburse the purchase price in full, or
• We will supply a replacement kitten free of charge (subject to availability)
​
This Health Guarantee does not cover misadventure, common illness or viruses that can be introduced on hands or the bottoms of shoes, or accidents or any genetic health problems that may appear later in life.
Whilst we have taken all steps to breed genetically sound cats it is possible that things we cannot test for may appear. If your Farmhouse Brits kitten is found to have a genetic problem later in life we ask that you contact us as it can help us with future breeding decisions. We also genuinely care about your Farmhouse Brits pet and would like to help offer support if we can.
3. Raising our Kittens
Farmhouse Brits Cattery takes pride in providing the highest quality care, food and attention to our kittens. Our kittens are raised in a clean and comfortable environment with plenty of attention and love. We understand the importance of socialization and training, which is why our kittens are comfortable interacting with kids and dogs. They are fully litter trained, which is one less thing for our new owners to worry about. You'll fall in love immediately!
4. Kitten Kit
Our adorable kittens are not just cute and fluffy, but come with a host of benefits that will make you a proud owner. The cats in our breeding program are DNA tested and have echocardiograms prior to be included into our program. They come with vaccinations, precautionary flea and worm treatment, recorded weights, and a contract, you can rest easy knowing that your kitten is in good hands. Plus, we offer a complimentary kitten pack with a blanket, toys, food sample, care sheets, treats and lifetime support!
5. Reserve a Kitten
At our cattery, we believe that every kitten deserves a loving home. That’s why we pride ourselves on offering the happiest and healthiest kittens available to you. For $1850 for a male kitten and $2200 for a female desexed kitten, you can bring home one of our adorable kittens. We take the responsibility of rehoming our kittens very seriously and ensure that they are placed in loving indoor homes only. Reserve one today!
